What if it doesn't fit me or I don't like the model? The first size or model change is free. We will stop by your home to deliver the correct model and pick up the one you don't want. At no cost to you!

The buyer will have a period of 14 business days, counting from the receipt of the order, to return the product. The return of defective products will not generate any type of expense for the buyer, provided that it is communicated within 14 business days from receipt of the order.

To return a product you have several options:

Send us the product with the carrier you prefer (The cost would be assumed by you)

We go to collect the product and you will only pay €4.95 for the collection

Regarding the refund of the amount paid, the refund period is 14 business days, from the moment we receive the item and validate the refund order and from the time the customer exercises the withdrawal, after reviewing the items. Said refund will always be made through the same way that the customer made his purchase. Depending on the payment method, the terms may vary, but always within the 14-day term.

Balearic Islands and other countries

You must notify us through the website that you want to make a return, you have 14 days from when you receive the order to do so.

Then you must send us the package with the sneakers through the company you decide.

Once we receive the package and check the status of the content, we will proceed with the return.
