Deliveries and returns
At Yumas we work for the total satisfaction of our customers. However, if you need to return a product you have a maximum of 15 days to do so from when you receive it, as long as it is in perfect condition, it hasn’t been used and it is sent back in its original box.
If a product is faulty due to a defect in manufacturing, which therefore affects its quality, we will collect it and replace it.
If you want a refund please do the following:
- Write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating that you want a refund. Don’t forget to state your full name and the order number. If you have paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, state the account number where you want the refund to go.
- Send your package back by Post in its original box to the following address: Calle Severo Ochoa 10, 03203 Elche (Alicante)- Spain. You should always send it with the acknowledgement of receipt to make sure that it is delivered to Yumas correctly.
Once we have received your product and we have made sure that it is in perfect condition, we will process the refund within a maximum period of 48-72 business hours.
Changing the size or the model
It doesn’t cost anything to change the size or the model if you want to. First of all send us an email to email@example.com stating your name and the order number. Don’t forget to state the model or the size that you want to change your order for.
We will send a courier service to collect the pair at your address. If you have a special timetable or the address is different from the one stated on the order please tell us.
The courier service NACEX is in charge of delivering orders made through www.yumas.com which are delivered in a maximum period of 24/72 business hours in mainland Spain. The deliveries are made during the business hours of the courier company.
Please fill in the purchase order form correctly stating your telephone number to avoid any problems when the order is delivered, such as the wrong address or not being at the address when the delivery is made.
The dispatched order can be tracked on the NACEX platform. You will be sent a message from the courier company when the order leaves our warehouses.
Yumas.com is entitled to modify the deliveries policy, the cost of postage, packaging and destinations, at any time. The delivery costs that are shown when the purchase is made will be applicable.
Under no circumstances whatsoever shall Yumas pay the tariffs when the package arrives and is received in your country or in countries that have special customs duties such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
For international orders, it will be processed as a return within 15 days after receiving it, so the customer must send the model to our facilities. Once we receive it, we will refund your money so that you can request the correct size or the model you want to change.
We currently deliver to all countries in the European Union apart from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
It costs 20€ for deliveries in Europe and it takes approximately between 2 and 5 working days.
